The presence of our office, Stark Realty Inc., has been the longest standing real estate office in the Channel Islands Beach and Marina community since 1976 representing the following areas; Oxnard, Ventura, Coastal areas, Silver Strand Beach, Hollywood Beach, Oxnard Shores, Channel Islands Marina, Mandalay Bay, Ventura Marina, Ventura Keys. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I am known for going the extra mile for my clients, during and after escrow closes! My Husband was born and raised here at Silverstrand beach. I became a local 32 years ago when my we built our first home here. Walking the beach, swimming in the ocean, hiking the Channel Islands, or just watching the sunsets and boaters from our deck is the lifestyle we love to share with our family and friends.
